Social Theory Model ‘ From Food and Energy Dependence to Safe and Prosperous Independence’ and introduction to SNAM
This paper introduces a new social theory model to redeem the mistakes of the past and ensure everyone is in full capacity to develop their lives in the best way possible without constraints nor limitations due to low income, lack of opportunities and means to survive. At the macro level this model will provide a safe and secure system to permanently close the doors to food imports, reduce plastic waste and dependency of oil and gas . This model is staged to secure a healthier access to food systems, supply chains and safety for both individuals and State actors.

INTRODUCTION
I elaborated this Social Theory Model created to address the Food and Energy Insecurity in the Western World in the historical context of a vicious geopolitical crisis we are experiencing with Russia and its allies, and conflicts revolving around access to straits and trade routes.
However, underneath this contemporary scenario, is the broader structural historical context whereby wars and mass forced migration movements are pushed by Food Economic Policies and Greed.
We cannot control the monstrous greed levels of our contemporary fellow men and women, but we can look at the past and correctly identify Food Production systems and Food and Energy Markets as having a substantial weight in the high level decisions of our rulers and governments. High level decisions that include market creations and cessations as well as individual freedoms based on legit and illegit access to food.
Food as a drug dependency is something that is difficult to imagine, but not difficult to conceptualize when elaborating a social theory model that aims at improving western societies, because has been a recurrent pattern when it comes to how many food plantations in Asia, the Caribbean and Latin America went from producing food to producing opioids and cannabinoids.
When this phenomenon was incipient, the rules of the game and implied competitiveness were still possible to be changed, however our past rulers and governments failed to see this as a game where both parties had to upgrade their ‘game’. This happened because Western Governments assumed they were in power and kept playing hide and seek while sitting in their garden throne. However, the paradise was no longer the Garden of Eden and western governments were kicked out of it without realising that now the original sin was ‘ charging per view’.
While the movie was running, Drug plantations upgraded their production methods, invested in laboratory research and crossed plant species to increase addiction and exercise deception by creating an appeal based in happiness and non addictive effect.
Fast forward to today, we have an international drug pandemic of the highest order destroying families and communities while enriching the coffins of Rogue States.
Parallel to this Drug Pandemics, we have an Artificial Intelligence system that is constantly upgrading itself to better do what ‘ skilled men and women ‘ do.
The world is becoming independent from men and women.
My new social theory model aims to provide a theoretical framework whereby these same men and women become independent of what puts them at fault in an economic market where they are increasingly at fault because their skills value diminishes at the same time that their purchase power does, therefore increasing their vulnerability to occupational and recreational drugs.
To claim to offer a viable solution to redeem the mistakes of the past such as Slavery and World Wars , two historical episodes where Food production and Food markets were largely responsible for, might come across as rather offensive, however, this Social Theory Model can securely claim to offer an effective theoretical framework to guarantee a quantum level where Forced Migration, Forced Food and Energy Dependency from the West to Russia, and consequential proxy and world wars, are no longer a possibility, because men and women evolved competitively and righteously escaped the current system of ‘ pay to view’ dichotomy between Western Governments and Food , Energy and Drug Cartels - pay only because Western Governments no longer have power to exercise an effective Adam and Eve landlord relation towards the gardens of the world ( past and present food, drugs and energy production fields).
We are therefore adding an economic value to food preparation and we will call it ‘ unpaid domestic food preparation’. This new economic value works in a new economic calculation where domestic food preparation for self consumption has to be considered at the macro level when Governments are making their decisions with regards to what can or not be imported and the energy markets that can be used to meet this domestic sphere, such as international Gas and Oil markets and access to international straits and unsafe trade routes.
We will then propose and develop a system where the main goal of the individual should be to reduce the food preparation for domestic consumption to a minimum in terms of time and energy consumption to meet the end above, e.g. cooking time, food transport time, etc.
At the macro level, the main goal of the Government and State actors should be to promote the reduction of supermarkets that act as the end of a long supply chain that requires a tremendous amount of transport carriers, energy , security and associated risks such as Class A drugs importation , and instead promote a system where food meets the individual consumer already transformed as pills or powdered vegetables and protein, aiming at substitute meals but also provide a better mental and physical wellbeing because food is now way cheaper, nutritious and accessible.
The implementation of this model at the micro and macro level as described in this last paragraph would unavoidably reduce mental health , geographical mobility, and above all crimes, petty theft and use of drugs.
The macro-level framework of SNAM is rooted in the principles of defensive neorealism and strategic autarky. In contemporary warfare, adversaries leverage asymmetric interdependence—particularly through the weaponization of primary resources like natural gas, crude oil, and grain supplies—to constrain the sovereign policy options of Western states. By permanently ceasing agricultural and food imports, the United States and the United Kingdom can effectively eliminate the geopolitical leverage currently held by hostile foreign entities.
2.1 Supply Chain Insulation and Anti-Smuggling Vectors
Traditional agricultural supply chains are highly vulnerable to interdiction, political blockades at maritime chokepoints (e.g., the Bab-el-Mandeb, Strait of Hormuz, and Malacca Strait), and contamination. Furthermore, international commercial food transport containers frequently serve as primary vectors for transnational drug cartels smuggling illicit narcotics into the UK and US. By transitioning the national food architecture away from bulk agricultural shipping toward domestic, synthetic, or laboratory-controlled nutrient processing plants, the physical footprint of national logistics shrinks by several orders of magnitude. This compaction of the supply chain enables state security apparatuses to maintain absolute biosecurity, completely neutralizing the threat of biological or chemical contamination of the food supply by hostile state or non-state actors.
The micro-level framework of SNAM operates directly at the household and individual consumer level, transforming the foundational economics of human survival. Traditional socio-economic models fail to account for the massive opportunity costs and energy loads associated with domestic food preparation.
3.1 The Equation of Unpaid Domestic Food Preparation
To mathematically formalize this economic shift within macro-level state calculations, we introduce the Total Domestic Survival Cost formula:
Where:
3.2 Individual Liberation and Societal Stabilisation
By compressing the baseline cost of metabolic survival, citizens are liberated from the financial traps of low-income vulnerabilities. When individual survival is no longer contingent upon navigating volatile food retail markets and costly domestic utility bills, the socio-economic drivers of petty theft, survival-driven crime, and psychological despair are neutralized. This structural relief directly counters the socio-economic decay exploited by drug cartels, offering a systemic shield against addiction, despondency, and occupational displacement driven by automation and advanced artificial intelligence.
To successfully operationalise SNAM within the target jurisdictions of the United States and the United Kingdom, a dual quantitative and qualitative analytical approach is mandatory.
THE STRATEGIC NUTRITION AND AUTARKY MODEL (SNAM)
QUANTITATIVE METHODOLOGY QUALITATIVE METHODOLOGY
Calorific Density Scaling Consumer Adaptability Matrix -
Grid Load Reduction Calculus Geopolitical Friction Index -
Import Cessation Metrics Biosecurity Readiness Audit
4.1 Quantitative Focus
Calorific Density and Micro-Nutrient Scaling: Calculating the precise chemical compression ratios required to package 2,000 to 2,500 calories, alongside complete daily vitamins, proteins, and essential greens, into stable pill or powder formats.
Grid Load Reduction Calculus: Modeling the precise megawatt-hour reductions achievable across the US and UK national grids upon the removal of residential refrigeration and cooking appliances.
Macroeconomic Trade Realignment: Quantitative forecasting of balance-of-trade shifts resulting from the absolute cessation of food imports and the reallocation of capital away from international oil and gas markets.
4.2 Qualitative Focus
Consumer Adaptability and Behavioral Paradigms: Assessing the sociological transition from traditional cultural eating habits to utilitarian, strategic nutrition. This involves analyzing psychological readiness and public messaging strategies to foster acceptance of pill and powder consumption.
Strategic Defense Readiness Audits: Evaluating state capacity to defend centralized nutrient synthesis facilities against kinetic, cyber, or biochemical threats.
Paradigm Shifts in Drug and Food Enforcement: Modeling the reallocation of police and intelligence resources following the contraction of traditional supermarket logistical routes, which currently act as blind spots vulnerable to exploitation by transnational cartels.
The Strategic Nutrition and Autarky Model (SNAM) in our new Social Theory Model ‘ From Food and Energy Dependence to Safe and Prosperous Independence provides an unconventional yet highly logical solution to the compounding geopolitical, macroeconomic, and sociological crises facing the Western world in 2026. By recognizing that traditional food production and globalized supply chains are major vectors of strategic vulnerability, this model redefines autarky not merely as a border-control measure, but as an internal, metabolic transformation. By elevating "unpaid domestic food preparation" into macro-level security calculations and replacing traditional food infrastructures with compressed, high-efficiency nutrition, the US and the UK can insulate their populations from adversarial coercion, eradicate systemic domestic vulnerabilities, and establish a secure foundation for long-term sovereign prosperity.
